• Free, no obligation opinion of the value of your home or business using a CMA, walk-through of home and BPO

• ALWAYS professional photographers taking HD photos, virtual tours and floor plans (you should not expect anything less)

• Marketing including a for sale sign outside the property (unless you don't want one), flyers, booties, minor straightening up 

• Listing on the agent listing service MLS, Redfin, Zillow and all other online websites

• Open houses if approved, lockboxes, social media marketing and discount commissions if we find the buyer
